I was standing in front of a room full of chiropractors.


I had just finished asking all of them an honest question. 'When you hear the word "chatbot" who here thinks of that annoying pop-up window on a website that asks you if you're finding everything you're looking for?'

Almost the entire room put their hand up. 


I spent the next hour educating and demonstrating what a Chatbot really was and why it is going to be one of the most important online interfaces for chiropractors now and in the future.
